Holographic sequin tassel wrap skirt

This holographic skirt has so much sparkle. There is a tie on the waistband. You can wrap it and tie it on the side or in the back of the skirt. 

Measurements: Waist measurements up to 30. There is a tie which can fit most sizes. The larger waist you have the more of an opening will show on the tie section of the skirt.
